Hello, this is sort of a private server community. Dealing with Runescape. We have decided to create our own server and run it on a virtual private server.

Its free and very good for a start. Updates are made each day. The forums we have are vbulletin but a bit messy which we are cleaning up.

using xampp is not a good idea.It's not meant as a production server.

well, Its used for developers when they are creating a program and before it goes live they test it out first. I use xampp to test certain mod out before i put it on my live forum
