Vbulletin performance optimization

I am looking for a good tutorial on how to maximize our forum performance: both on the server side and client side.

I have seen older tutorials (like this one: http://www.vbulletin-faq.com/optimiz...tin-server.htm), but wonder if there is anything more geared towards VBulletin 3.8 or more recent.
