switching servers....forward users to new DNS
Im switching servers. I understand there can be a delay for some users whos ISPs dont propogate the new DNS settings. Is there a way around this by somehow forcing the users to the new server with the new DNS settings. Im using cPanel as well.

not really a way to force it cause it is all done by standards. I usually post moving forum and post the IP address to use instead or i keep old host open and just put a forward on it to new one ..i keep that for a week and then shut off old hosting.
