Should I re-do all my hacks? or just not worry about them. I upgraded from 3.7.2 I beleive it was.

You should see if there is an upgrade for any of your hacks.

I agree with Lynne, most hacks will link you to their release page in the plugins area, I would just check each one and see if there is an upgrade for it
