Taking Paypal for New Members Signups? How?

Is there a way to setup the forum for when people are registering, it has a check box to choose if they want to become a Premium member (subscription based) or pay for a full year in advance and it will put them into a certain usergroup once they have paid?

Is there a way to set this up with paypal?
