Need Shoutbox Compatible with vbadvanced

Hello,
I'm quite new here and I can't seem to find a shoutbox module that is compatible with vbadvanced cmps. More specifically, I need a way to put a shoutbox on the right/left columns.

The only other thing I am concerned with is the ability to manage permissions for the shoutbox i.e. who can see it.
