THe reason no one answers is because the author should be supporting his own hack as he has checked off "support" for the hack.

You shouldnt be editing and copying any code, install the product file itself.

admincp --> Plugins & Products --> Manage products --> bottom of page "add / import product.

Thank you. That's all I needed to know.

The Plugin Manager says to enter the php code. But the code here has html. I assumed that php and html are different. I really had no idea html could be inserted wherever php is being called for.
