Hi ,

Iam lookin to install something like this to my forum. Please visit this link http://www.hallagulla.com/urdu/mohab...gs-280664.html and if someone know how to do it , i will much appriciated.

In othe words when people visit my forum this message will follow them in order to sign up or to regeister
