website suggestions

hello i have a question about google indexing

i have 3 domains

tustan.net
isbleachtime.com
notcoolclub.net

tustan.net is re-directed to isbleachtime.com

and notcoolclub.net show the same content of isbleachtime.com

but i will creat a website for tustan.net

and use the forums only for isbleachtime.com and notcoolclub.net

and in the future i will buy another vb license for isbleachtime.com and leave notcoolclub.net alone

how you think google will handle this?

lets say if 2 website are directed to the same content how i should manage my google webmaster tools :S
