Looking for a weather mod

I run a severe weather forum (www.skywarnonline.com) and someone suggested having the member's current weather information be placed in the postbit section (I think that's what it's called) of a post.

So maybe it would look something like:
Join Date: June 2005
Location: Sarasota, FL
Weather: Sunny/82?
Posts: 2,356
etc

I'm not sure how to code this or how to pull the weather information in.

Thoughts?
