I tried everything...I put everything correct, made the MySQL databse, user, edited the config.php file..........Did everything right, uploaded files...and i start the process but i keep getting this message

using host gator btw.

I'm not sure what to say with this one. I've never seen this one before.

Have you used HostGator chat yet? I usually get them to fix all my problems while talking to them. Try here and click live chat in the bottom right corner

You may have manually set a MySQL host in config.php. That is not needed if the MySQL host is on the same server, just use "localhost".
