www.chewingtext.com is the website...

If you look at articles and contact us, they both do not have a gray bar above the white text area, but all of the other pages do...

I am just unsure...why!? Anyway I could make them have the gray bar like the others?

Also, since I am asking, anyway to setup a layout that when you have a longer length page, it does not ruin the layout? And if not, how can I input a text area, like a bigger textbox, where they can scroll within the layout, thanks!
