How to get rich format quick reply box

Can someone tell me how to enable Rich Format (WYSIWYG) for the quick reply box for all users by default.

So they don't have to keep clicking on A/A icon all the time.

I don't want the [B*] Random text [*/B]

but the this: Random text

Can anyone help ?

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > User Registration Options and change the Default Registration Options

Will that make the quick reply box in rich format ?

Yes. When users register, you can set their default editor to WYSIWYG and they won't have to click [b*][*/b]
