How would I go about doing this?

I want to make sure it's horizontal to the logo, not one line below...which is what it would be if I just put in the link into the header. I'd like it at the same level, that looks nice.

You can ad location template "ad_header_logo" to do that. If you want your logo and imgae to be in same alignement make sure your logo and image are same height.
