Unless you have a backup file with the thread in it (which will mean you will lose all the posts from the backup date on) then it's gone for good.

Nope not unless when you deleted it, it was soft deleted that is why in your user group permissions i always set it so its impossible for anyone to permanently delete it, always soft delete cause you can undelete the those.

We have backup, but not sure how we extract one thread, from backup and put it back into current database?
