Is there anyway i can get rid of people signing up with fake emails? for example i have it where people cant just sign up and post i have to aprove them and i keep getting emails like this

They just dont look like real emails to me it looks like spam,how can i get rid of these any idea's?

Enable the email activation. Where they have to go to their email and activate their account.
