Mini Mods - No Logout for Banned Users

I no longer support my hacks. Please feel free to update them and release new versions elsewhere as long as I get the credit for the original modification.

The hack prevents some of the banned users from circumventing the banned screen by directly accessing the logout function.

Of course the one and only of all clearing cookies option will always beat it
Still this is good to prevent 80%-90% of banned users from not doing it.

unfortunately it is the 10% of the users that you don't want to come back that usually know how to clear cookies to come back. But still it is a good way to help prevent it which still beats nothing! Thanks again Anton!

Haha, I am aware of that. But there's still the laziness factor. It takes a lot more operations to clear out the cookies than it is to access the logout url with the site already open. So, at least, some of the users will be filtered out. Which is better than nothing.

Instead of all the complex code, why not just a simple template edit with an if banned condition and apply it to the logout link?

This code blocks out the logout url, which is not blocked by default.
