Some don't see images, but links to the images

Hi !

I tried two different (usergroup) accounts on my board.
One of them got a post like it should be:



But the other one didn't see the image, but only a link to it:



These accounts were tested on the same computer, with the same browsers (IE and FF).
I don't know how this happens, but want it to be like the first image for both accounts (usergroups)

How can this be fixed?

Could be that one of them selected to not see images in their User CP > Edit Options.
