ACP Page not entirely loading

I'm having this problem with my ACP. Every time I wish to either create or edit a usergroup, the page only loads up to the "Visitor Message Permissions" section. Therefore I cannot make further changes to the group as I cannot save my changes.

I need an urgent solution to this.

You'll need to disable your add ons and see if this fixes your issue. If so, add each add on back one at a time to determine which one is causing the problem.
