Logged out when you click a game

For some reason, when a registered user clicks one of the arcade games they automically get logged out and a vbulletin message displays

vBulletin Message The administrator has disabled playing games for your usergroup.

I have disabled the arcade for guests, which is why it says that but why does it log them out after they click a game, I too the ADMIN gets logged out when i click a game, i am using vbulletin 3.8.2, it did the same when i was on 3.8.1, and it logs out both on firefox and internet explorer, could anyone help me. thanks.
