Can't upload Avatar, Profile Pics, Styles or anything on my site.

Hello There;

I can't upload no avatars, profile pics, styles or anything on my site. Everytime my users and me try to upload it gives me a white page. BUt never uploads the avatar, profile pic. Same goes for Styles, I can't upload styles either.

Please help;
