Private Social Groups not Private?
Hey!
I just upgraded to 3.8.2 and "Invite Only" Social groups don't seem to be working the way they should because everybody can view it regardless of their usergoup. I have made sure that Regulars members can't view them but for some reason they can view all of the regardless of wether they're private or not. Has anybody has this problem or might have a solution to fix it? I tried Reverting the template but that is'n working. |

Look at the usergroup permissions and you will see several items like this one:

Thanks for the reply! I did what you said but it's still not working, and I did it for every single usergroup including the Admin.
Here's a picture of the settings I used http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/1466/52309767.png Edit: Someone helped me with it on the vBulletin website, thanks for the help nonetheless! |

I recommend simplifying your testing procedure:
Create a new test user, bind it to a single primary test usergroup. Create this new test usergroup as parent. Do your group tests on this and report your findings/setup. Good Luck |
