I want to hide a certain part of my forum from everyone. This includes my super moderators and coadministrators. Is this possible? At least on forumhome... I know I can't hide it from the admins in the Acp.

Just in case:
ACP -> Forums & moderators -> Forum permissions -> Deny all

That should stop everyone from seeing it. Then just give yourself access.
ACP -> Users -> find yourself -> access masks -> find subforum -> yes
