Blog Highlight Color

My board recently had the blog function installed, and it's great. My one issue is that the person who made the blog has his posts with a very difficult to read color background. The attachment shows what I mean. What I was wondering is, how do I replace that with a color of my choice, and if possible, an image background aligned bottom right? Thank you.
