restricting explicit words in user names during registration

Recently someone registered on my site with a sexually explicit name. I did see one option to prevent certain words from being used however this also prevents legitiment words as well such as if someone wanted to sign up with the name grapeape. The word grapeape contains the word "rape".

You can block the exact word only by using parentheses around the word you want to disallow Censorship Options.

Example: {rape} - grapeape would be allowed
