what is the vBulletin upgrade script ?
I have this error:

You may have uploaded vBulletin 3.6 files without also running the vBulletin upgrade script. If you have not run the upgrade script, do so now.

In your address bar enter http://YOUBOARDLINK/install/upgrade.php

Then follow the instructions.

then now I have an issue with simbols ? and á ... i've tried everything, how can I fix this??
