is the anyway xml feeds such as
http://uk.feed.filmtrailer.com/v2.0/...id=441100001-1
can be used to post the content in my forum like I can do with RSS.

If so how please?

Usually you may use an xml feed, however that one doesn't seem to be compatible with the vB Feed Manager.
