Formatting Post information

I have request from a mod in regards to our infraction page. He wants to see the actual post text on the infraction screen. I built a simple fieldset and pulled in the $postinfo[pagetext]. This is all fine and dandy for simple text with no tags. What is the easiest way for me to display parsed text inside a template?
