How can I enable the Quick Reply in private messages?
Someone told me this is not a mod for 3.8.1 version, he told me it's structured in the 3.8.1 version.
So how can I enable it?

I'm pretty sure that if you just enable quick reply in your vB settings it will enable it. I checked around for a specific option on my board but couldn't find one.

I enabled the Quick Reply before.
Still same.
Maybe that's like that becouse I used 3.7.4 before?

Maybe you didn't update your templates?

Try this -
Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - can you see it now?
