The option that sends mail if the inbox is 90% if full? just gone
Now I can't find where I can configure this...

it is a plug-in or built-in option...?
I really don't remember where to find it in the options...
and i try to searck the plugin...

The only thing I can think off of the top of my head is to use a notice. Admin CP > Notices and set your criteria.
