Moderate first 5 posts by new members

We are looking for something that will automatically moderate the first 5 posts by a new user. One of the catches is that we cannot move or promote them to a different usergroup after the 5 posts. Does anyone know if such a mod exists or a way to do this without a mod and without promoting the user to a new usergroup?
