why in my forum is the name and avatar of the member who posted a post up from the post and isnt it left?????

Because you have postbit instead of postbit legacy selected in vbulletin options.

AdminCP -> vbulletin options -> Style and Language Settings -> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template
