Send PM Friendlist

Is it possible to get a actual members friendslist dropdown next to the "insert user" field on new private message send page to choose a friend from a list and send a private message . ?

I think it was in an invision board installed !

Would be a realy great addon ... and may it should installed in vbulletin as standart.
