URGENT help needed - how to stop spammers/advertisers to insert a link in signature when they register?

Many spammers and also advertisers are creating links to their sites in their signature when they sign up.

I want to disable everyone from creating and leaving a link in their signature

How can I do that?

Please help.

Usergroup Manager > select usergroup > can use signature > no
