Padding on body and not header?

Hey everyone - I'm trying to have my header go 100% from side to side no margins or padding but everything below it starting with the welcome box to have a padding on it? Can someone please point me in the right direction.

I'm guessing you have a custom skin ...
if that's the case you'll have to edit the header template; and, maybe the navbar template.

you may have to edit the CSS - make sure there is no padding in BODY
