why I do not break the link to register in navbar when you're logged in?

Are you asking why the register link is still in the navbar after you log in? You probably allow multiple registrations per user. Check that option in vboptions > usr registration options

there's a option in acp where you can allow multiple registrations
if this is active, the link is shown
