after add

<td class="alt1"><a title="RSS feed for $forum[title]" href="/forum/external.php?type=RSS2&amp;forumids=$forum[forumid]" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><img hspace="0" src="iconarss.gif" align="baseline" border="0" /> </a>
