Im trying to send email notifications to users when they have a infraction. However it seems that they only get a pm on the forum. I checked infraction settings on vbulletin settings but i couldnt find an email notification option.

Anybody knows how to send these emails?

Sorry, I don't. But why obsess about it? If they come back they'll get the PM notice. If they never come back, who cares?

im not using default pm system so they can not receive pms..
