Have you tried doing a search here for "regist*" in "all mods" "titles only" I know I've seen something like that here before.

I've searched for everything like "register" and don't see anything ... but would also like
(first enter email address .. send email ... continue registering)

I just went to the forum you linked to and all I see is a regular registration box. That is default, so I'm not sure what you are asking for.

That's just the first page with the rules.
Second is diffent and just askes for an email address
