How to run ibProArcade converter

Ok ive followed all directions. Ive installed the ibProArcade and it is installed. Ive uploaded the converter to my forum root folder. So how do I run it? Step #3 below.

1) don't touch your v3arcade-installation yet, just close the arcade
2) download ibProArcade and install it
3) upload the attached converter to your forum's root-directory and run it

So how do i run the converter. I dont want to open the arcade til i convert my V3 installation over to Ibp.. Yes Im very new if this seems like a dumb question

I found the answer. Ill post it incase anyone else has the problem. Simply go to www.yourfourm.com/converter.php
