Sub forum display - how?

Hi all

As per the attached picture, please could someone advise how I can achieve the same effect. Basically, I'd like sub-forums listed in their category, in forumhome.

I'm not sure if it's an addon or a VB setting! I've run a few searches and can't find anything.
