I have started developing some pain in wrist and arm from spending too much time on the computer.

I looking at Dragon to help rest the arms; the professional version works with Word, Outlook etc.... but does it work when trying to type a message in vBulletin (or any other forum software for that matter)

A very old thread I know, but did you ever find and answer to this or find a solution? A friend of mine is disabled and really needs to find some VR software so he can stay an active part of my community.
