Not the only thing messed up. Earlier, I also had the portal break and all the new blocks appear at the top of the page in a straight line going down. And because I was really bored, here's some pictures of everything that kinda should be fixed:

It looks fixed now.

.. except some blocks in the forum portal have nothing in them.

Now the update has run again the empty blocks should be gone.

Now lets try again, and see if we can not break it quite so badly this time ......................
