Hello

I am trying to make it where my logo for vbulletin takes a person to my.com instead of the /index.php

Is there a phrase or coding where I can change this?

You could use a 301 redirect to fix this, via .htaccess

See that is my problem as the server I am on does not allow apache htaccess files.

So I am curious if some html code could be altered

You should be able to edit the line in your header template.
