Have multiple banners to show on www.chicagoholdenconnection.com/forum

I want it to show a new banner every time someone changes a page, just like how www.ls1gto.com has.

How do I go about doing this?

there are a few threads on it already, I would search for "banner rotation" and I'm sure you'll find several pages of info

I'm not trying to rotate ads. I'm trying to have a banner that keeps changing like one www.ls2gto.com Go there and keep refreshing and you will see what I mean.

Also, I am running VB 3.8.0, all those threads I found were for ads and 3.7.0 and below.
