Inferno vBShout 2.5.1

I've recently installed 'Inferno vBShout 2.5.1' on my forums, and I know how to configure it etc..

When doing the /prune user, or /silence user, command, it does not work, yet /ban, /unban, /prune, etc work?

Just the command for pruning & silencing single members does not work? Is this from the files from the directory, or the XML files?
