Add Chime Sound to Shout Box Messeges

Is it posible to add a sound to the vb shoutbox so every time someone post a message there it will chime like MSN Messenger?
Of course a very soft sound so it will not annoy the members hearing a loud sounds everytime a new messege pop up.
