a custom db column to postbit

I have a database column per user that I need to display in postbits.
I've put it into usertable. (But if I should I can put it anywhere.) How can I make it visible on postbit like custom profile fields?

Yes But I think I must have misstyped the column in template. It didnt show up. So I thought vB doesn't "select * from user"
I tried now and its OK.
