Is there a way to have this image displayed?

Hi all,

In my RSS Feeds, I notice articles posted that contain image links like you see in blue below. My question is, can I change / mod / add-on any code you guys know of that would make this image display as the image rather than the link? I thought the AME CP might solve this but it hasn't. See below line:
