You can't. There is nothing you can see by just looking at a forum to tell you whether it is licensed or not.

people always want to know if they will be caught if they use a nulled version of vBulletin... YES you will be caught... that's the only official answer you will ever get!

If you are in any doubt, just submit the site... The report will be discarded if the site is licensed.

how do ascertain my doubt, what there is not software to see vbulletin licensed or not
after certain, we shall report ...
how does action from side vbulletin towards maker software nulled version of vBulletin ...
if there upgrade newest, not long appear nulled version of vbulletin ....
